The aim is for you to walk away feeling lighter and more positive about yourself and the world around you.
You don’t need to be an artist- the process of creating holds the key to deep healing and self-discovery.

A gentle path back to you…
Soul Lane offers a peaceful space where you can simply pause and be. In a calm and nurturing environment, you’ll be gently guided back to the parts of yourself that may have been overshadowed by the noise and busyness of everyday life.
Through creative visualisation, meditation, holistic arts therapy, gentle movement, journaling, and quiet reflection, you’ll find new ways of reconnecting with your inner world and grounding in your true nature.
Each workshop includes:
- A holistic, creative arts project that you can take with you
- A beautiful journal to keep
- Use of quality art materials
- Time shared with like-minded souls
- Meditation – gentle mindfulness breathing exercises, not aligned with one specific meditation practice.
- A soothing cup of herbal tea or cacao
This is a space of presence, creativity, and gentle renewal — a return to yourself.
“At Soul Lane, an imperfect circle is my symbol. Inspired by the Japanese ensō, it reminds us that we are perfectly imperfect — always unfolding, always becoming. Life is not a closed loop but an ever-expanding horizon, as explained so eloquently by Ralph Waldo Emerson in Circles – “every pause, every breath, every act of creativity is part of a greater circle, inviting us to reconnect with our centre and step gently into the next.”
